Principle of Electronic Throttle Accelerator
Automotive electronic throttle accelerator is mainly used to improve the response speed of electronic throttle controller, improve the starting speed of the vehicle, improve the sensitivity of the vehicle throttle, reduce engine carbon deposit and make the fuel burn fully.
Electronic throttle control system and driving computer (ECU) are the characteristics of electronic throttle control system. When ECU controls electronic throttle, the depth of throttle trampling and the vehicle condition are combined to analyze, and finally the appropriate throttle opening is calculated. When the driver starts with a sudden acceleration (pedal down), ECU will analyze the current speed, throttle size and so on. Considering fuel economy and reasonable emission, it will appropriately limit the throttle opening range, and control the injection system to limit the maximization of fuel injection nozzle. In this way, the driver feels that there is obviously a delay after the throttle is stepped down before the car starts to exert force, which is called throttle lag. Therefore, throttle hysteresis is actually the performance of the driving computer (ECU) by limiting the instantaneous output of the engine, which will make the car more environmentally friendly and energy-saving.
Principle of POTENT BOOSTER
(1) Accelerate throttle opening and enhance static response
The "acceleration" of POTENT BOOSTER is mainly realized by improving the sensitivity of throttle response. When the driver's intention of acceleration is found by the driving computer, the throttle will be quickly opened by the circuit signal, which makes the sensitivity of throttle response improved.
(2) Make up for acceleration of throttle signal and enhance dynamic response
POTENT BOOSTER calculates the change rate of accelerator signal according to the step-down amplitude and time when accelerator pedals are pushed down. The faster the change is, the stronger the acceleration requirement is. POTENT BOOSTER will increase the change rate and ultimately maximize the dynamic response of vehicle acceleration.
(3) ECU, which provides false driving style for ECU to adjust engine parameters, generally has adaptive driving style. If the driver often steps on the accelerator (commonly known as pull speed), ECU will gradually think that the driver's style tends to be "intense", so that the engine will adjust the throttle and fuel injection system slowly to get the best tuning of the engine in this style. Integer parameters.
